Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRA) provided the attached Capital Change Notice
pursuant to the NZX listing rule 3.13.1. This Notice relates to the issue of 275,815 ordinary shares under
Turners Automotive Group’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, dated May 2023, in respect of the FY24 first
quarter dividend.

HY24 Results Date
The company has brought forward the HY24 results announcement to 22 November 2023. Todd Hunter
(Group CEO) and Aaron Saunders (Group CFO) will present the HY24 financial results followed by Q&A
at 10:30am NZST on 22 November 2023.
