Ventia confirms full year guidance and announces that
CFO will step down from role
Ventia Services Group Limited (Ventia) reaffirms guidance of 7-10% NPATA growth for full year 2023
and is tracking towards the top end of the range.
Ventia announces that Stuart Hooper will step down from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role
effective 21 February 2024.
Mr Dean Banks, Group Chief Executive Officer, acknowledged Mr Hooper’s strong leadership during
his tenure.
“The Board of Ventia and I would like to thank Stuart for his contribution to the company since joining
the business in 2015. He has led the finance and enterprise services functions through a significant
growth phase and ensured that the foundations are in place for strong future performance. We are
sincerely grateful for his drive and dedication to the business over this period of time. We wish him
every success in his future endeavours.”
Mr Hooper will continue to guide Ventia through the delivery of its full year financial results. From 22
February 2024, Mr Hooper will step into a Strategic Advisor role until 30 June 2024, to ensure a
smooth transition and maintain business continuity.
Ventia has commenced a search process for the appointment of Ventia’s successor CFO.
