New Zealand Media and Entertainment Investor Day 2023 virtual event

AUCKLAND, 2 November 2023: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) will be holding
a virtual Investor Day on Wednesday 15 November 2023 from 10am- 1pm (NZT) for investors and
analysts.

CEO Michael Boggs will address investors and analysts, providing details of NZME’s performance
against the strategic targets that were set in its three year strategy in 2020. He will also provide
details on NZME’s revised strategy, setting the direction for the next three year period. Detailed
presentations from several of NZME’s executive team will cover the company’s three strategic
priorities in each division: Audio, Publishing and OneRoof.

Following the presentation, investors and analysts will have the opportunity to ask questions.
