Westpac Banking Corporation's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10:00am

(Brisbane time) on Thursday, 14 December 2023 as a hybrid meeting.


Participating in the AGM – 14 December 2023


1. In Person

You can attend the AGM in person. The meeting will be held at the Brisbane Convention &

Exhibition Centre, at 130 Grey Street, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101. It will be held in

the Plaza Ballroom, on the Plaza Level.


2. Online

You can also attend online by visiting the AGM Online Platform at westpac.com.au/AGM.

Attending online allows you to watch the AGM live, submit written questions, comment and

vote.


3. Teleconference

You can also participate by teleconference, which allows you to listen to the AGM, make

comments and ask questions. Voting is not available through the teleconference facility but

can be done through the AGM Online Platform. Further details for the teleconference are

provided in the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting.



Registration opens at 9:00am (Brisbane time).


How to vote before the AGM


To vote prior to the AGM, click on the link below. You can lodge a direct vote or appoint a

proxy to vote on your behalf. Direct votes or the appointment of a proxy must be received by

10:00am (Brisbane time) on Tuesday, 12 December 2023.

1. Go to vote.linkmarketservices.com/WBC

2. Click 'Vote Here' under Australian Registered Holders.

3. Enter your SRN/HIN.

4. Enter the postcode (Australian address) or country code (overseas address) relevant

to each shareholding.

5. Type the security code, tick the terms & conditions box and then click Login.

6. Proceed through each screen to lodge your vote or question.

Shareholders can also submit questions prior to the AGM. These questions are not read out at

the AGM but are used to help us respond to the most important shareholder themes.

Questions can be submitted via the above link and must be received by 5:00pm (Brisbane

time) on Thursday, 7 December 2023.
