Vital Annual Meeting Voting Results
Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager), as manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), reports the following results from voting at the Annual
Meeting of Vital unitholders held today.
All votes were conducted by poll taken by Computershare and scrutineered by Deloitte.
Resolution – Dr Michael Stanford re -elected as an Independent Director
The appointment of Dr Michael Stanford was approved, with 441,361,750 (98.21%) voting for
his re -election, 8,040,978 (1.79%) voting against and 22,370 (0%) abstaining.
