Results of Contact Energy Limited 2023 Annual
Shareholder Meeting
At Contact Energy Limited’s (Contact) shareholder meeting, held in Wellington and online
today, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the
Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Rob McDonald be re-elected as a director of Contact.
• That Rukumoana Schaafhausen be re-elected as a director of Contact.
• That David Smol be re-elected as a director of Contact.
• That the directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
