Further to Meridian’s NZX announcements of 15 August 2022, 16 September 2022, 30 September
2022 and 15 September 2023, Meridian and Contact have agreed to extend the conditions precedent
date f or the 2024 calendar year of their 150GWh per annum Swaption and 294GWh per annum Cf D
agreements f rom 15 November 2023 to 29 November 2023.
