Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ventia Services Group Limited (Ventia) advises the
appointment of Rebecca Tweedie as a Company Secretary of Ventia, effective from 16 November
2023.
Rebecca Tweedie replaces Zoheb Razvi who has resigned as a Company Secretary of Ventia,
effective 16 November 2023.
Both Debbie Schroeder and Rebecca Tweedie are persons nominated under ASX Listing Rule 12.6
for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.
