Meridian Completes FY24 LTI Buyback

Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian) announced on 30 October 2023 that it would undertake an on-
market share buyback in connection with the FY24 long-term incentive scheme. Meridian has now
completed that share buyback. Meridian acquired 300,000 ordinary shares on the NZX Main Board
at an average price of NZ$5.0113 per share.
