bought on-market 17,920 shares for $4.25 each.
On 26 May 2023, Tasman bought on-market 401,250 shares for $4.25 each, and Arden
bought on-market 133,750 shares for $4.25 each.

On 26 May 2023, Tasman bought on-market 90,463 shares for $4.16 each, and Arden
bought on-market 30,154 shares for $4.16 each.
On 16 November 2023, Tasman bought on-market 150,000 shares for $3.90 each, and
Arden bought on-market 50,000 shares for $3.90 each.
On 14 December 2023, Tasman bought on-market 51,480 shares for $3.82 each, and
Arden bought on-market 17,162 shares for $3.82 each.

Nature of relevant interest(s):
Tasman is the beneficial owner of 3,795,054 SAN shares. Arden is the beneficial owner of
1,265,018 SAN shares. Past is the beneficial owner of 9,000,000 SAN shares.
Tasman and Arden also continue to have an undocumented arrangement/understanding to
make acquisitions of SAN shares in concert as described in the prior substantial product
holder notices.
ASB Nominees Limited holds shares as bare trustee for Past. Past is a Limited Partnership
of which Arden and Dresden Holdings Limited (a related company of Tasman) are the
limited partners.
