Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
On 22 June 2023, CCC had acquired and cancelled 3,388,837 shares held in a legacy
employee share scheme, reducing the total number of quoted SOI to 56,130,511.
As a consequence, the total relevant interests held by the substantial product holder had
consequently increased to 21.128%. The substantial product holder has relied, and
continues to rely, on clause 5 of the Takeovers Code (Class Exemptions) Notice (No 2)
2001 to maintain this holding above its control percentage prior to 22 June 2023.

On 28 August 2023, CCC issued a further 569,444 shares to third parties increasing the
total number of quoted shares on issue (SOI) to 56,699,955 shares, and diluting the
interests of Graeme Keith Jackson, Patricia Frances Jackson and Phillip Mack Picot as
trustees of the Nikau Trust (Nikau Trust).
On 18 December 2023, CCC issued a further 250,000 shares to third parties further
increasing the SOI to 56,949,955 shares, and further diluting the interests of the Nikau
Trust.
In addition to the 11,859,049 quoted ordinary shares in CCC held by Nikau Trust, Nikau
Trust also hold and control 1,207,000 non-voting unlisted shares (which may, by notice, be
reclassified as quoted ordinary shares at any time).
