trustees of the APL Holdings Trust purchased on-market 7,000,000 ordinary shares in My
Food Bag for $0.125 per share (or $875,000.00 in aggregate). Prior to this, the trustees of
the APL Holdings Trust already held 7,430,258 ordinary shares in My Food Bag.
