Details of transactions and events giving rise to ceasing of substantial holding
As disclosed in a previous noticed dated 14 December 2023, on 13 December 2023 MONZ
entered into a block trade agreement (the "Agreement") with Jarden Partners Limited
(the "Underwriter") under which MONZ appointed the Underwriter to manage and
underwrite the sale of all 53,760,000 ordinary shares in CHI currently held by MONZ for
NZ$1.35 per share (or $72,576,000.00 in aggregate). A copy of the Agreement was
attached to MONZ's substantial product holder notice to the NZX and CHI dated 14
December 2023. Settlement of this sale occurred on 18 December 2023. For clarity, MONZ
no longer holds any shares in CHI.
