The Board of Michael Hill International Limited advises that Emily Bird has resigned from her role as
General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary, with effect from 5 January 2024.
Emily has been part of the Michael Hill team since September 2019, and Joint Company Secretary (together
with Andrew Lowe, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary) since July 2020.
The Board thanks Emily for her valuable contribution and service to the business and wishes her well with
her future endeavours. Andrew Lowe continues as Company Secretary and is the appropriate contact in
relation to listing rule matters.
