TradeWindow changes external auditor
TradeWindow (NZX: TWL), a global trade software company, today announced a change of
external auditor.
In line with its announced objectives to achieve significant cost savings, TradeWindow
conducted a tender process to seek competitive proposals for its audit engagement. As a
result, effective from today, we have accepted the resignation of KPMG and have appointed
UHY Haines Norton Sydney as our statutory auditor.

The appointment of UHY Haines Norton Sydney is in no way a reflection of the quality and
professionalism of the service provided by KPMG and we are grateful for their service over a
number of years.
