On 25 May 2022 (and as disclosed to NZX, ASX and EROAD on 27 May 2022), Steven
Newman was issued 73,932 ordinary shares in EROAD pursuant to EROAD’s Long Term
Incentive Plan.
Over the period 21 December 2023 to 4 January 2024, NMC Trustees Limited as trustee of
the NMC Investment Trust sold a total of 215,859 ordinary shares in EROAD via on-market
trades for total consideration received of A$203,186.70 (NZ$217.999.01 at an AUD:NZD
exchange rate of $1.00:$1.0729).
