RESULTS OF WINTON LAND LIMITED SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
At Winton’s special meeting of shareholders, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote
on one resolution, which was supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolution passed by shareholders was:
• That, for the purposes of rule 7(c) of the Takeovers Code, the acquisition of 6,991,166
ordinary shares in Winton by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as custodian for TC
Akarua 2 Pty Ltd as trustee of the TC Akarua Sub Trust pursuant to an agreement for sale
and purchase of shares in Winton is approved.
