Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Ventia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fleming to the role of Chief Financial Officer
(CFO).

Mark will commence his role with Ventia on Tuesday 6 February 2024 as CFO Designate. He will
participate in a handover from current CFO Stuart Hooper before commencing in the CFO role on
Thursday, 22 February 2024. As previously advised, Stuart will step down as CFO at the close of
business Wednesday, 21 February 2024.

Mark has an extensive track record of financial, strategic and commercial leadership and brings
significant experience from across multiple industries and other leading ASX listed organisations,
including Region Group, Treasury Wine Estates and Woolworths Group Limited. Mark was most
recently employed by Region Group where he held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head of
Strategy & Funds Management and, prior to that, was Chief Financial Officer.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is an
Australia Certified Practising Accountant.
