Change in Directors appointed by Bright Dairy

Liu Ruibing (Ryan) has resigned as CFO of Bright Dairy Holding Limited (Bright Dairy) for personal
reasons and he has subsequently stood down as a Bright Dairy appointed Director of Synlait Milk
Limited (Synlait) given his employment has ceased with Bright Dairy.

Synlait and Bright Dairy thank Ryan for his contribution to Synlait.

Ryan’s resignation is effective immediately. Bright Dairy will provide an update on Ryan’s replacement
in due course. The resignation does not impact Synlait’s daily operations.

Bright Dairy has a 39.0% shareholding in Synlait.
