Unconditional sale of 302 & 308 Great South Road
Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’) has today announced it has unconditionally sold 302 and 308 Great
South Road, in Auckland, for $19.9 million.
The sale price reflects book value as at September valuation. Settlement date is expected to be late
March 2024. The funds received will be used initially to reduce bank debt.
