Director Resignation

Director Martin Berry has announced he will be standing down from the board of Turners Automotive

Group effective as of 31 March 2024.

Martin’s commitments as the Group Chairman of Gong Cha Global have increased materially over the

last year, and combined with being based in Singapore it has become increasingly difficult to dedicate

the time and attention he would like to give to the company and his director role.

Mr Berry said “My tenure at Turners has been incredibly rewarding. The decision to step down has not

been easy, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful years we've shared and the

remarkable progress Turners has made. The company is in excellent hands, and I eagerly anticipate

watching Turners continue to thrive and reach new heights from the sidelines.”

Chairman Grant Baker said “Martin has played a key role in helping guide the business through the

pandemic and helping position Turners to be delivering record levels of profit. We would like to express

our deepest gratitude to Martin for his unwavering commitment and invaluable challenge and

contributions.”
