2024 ANNUAL MEETING DATE / DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS


Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited advises that:

The Company's 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held on Tuesday 28 May
2024. The time and venue will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to
shareholders at the end of April 2024.

The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations
being 12 April 2024. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and
must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be
accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
