for the special meeting of shareholders to be held before the end of March 2024 to consider the previously
advised reverse-listing of Being AI.
ACE advises for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, that the period during which shareholders may
nominate persons to be considered to be directors of ACE at the special meeting opens today and closes at
5pm on 12 March 2024.
