Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
29 February 2024 - ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) is pleased to
advise the appointment of Christina Green as Chief Financial Officer. Christina will commence the
role from 25 March 2024 and will be based in ArborGen’s head office in Ridgeville, South Carolina.
Christina is an experienced finance and business executive, with significant experience across a
diverse range of global and US based businesses. Her most recent role was as CFO for a non-profit
focused on investment in bioscience and agriculture start-ups. She also worked for Monsanto, a
global agricultural and biosciences company, for more than 20 years. Christina holds an MBA from
Washington University.
CEO of ArborGen, Justin Birch, says Christina’s appointment adds further strength to ArborGen’s
executive team as the company continues to execute on its strategy in the US and South America.
