UPDATE ON MEETINGS IN EUROPE
WELLINGTON, New Zealand – Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: NZP and NZX: CRP)
(“Chatham” or the “Company") wishes to advise that in advance of the PDAC Conference in
Toronto, Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited CEO Chris Castle and Executive Director Colin
Randall met with current and prospective CRP investors in Munich, Zurich and Geneva.
Taking the opportunity of being in Europe, Colin Randall in company with a representative
of CRP’s major shareholder and Norwegian consultant had the pleasure of visiting the Yara
Heroeya plant in Norway on Tuesday 27

February. They were shown the unique Yara nitro
phosphate production at its global phosphate processing hub.
