DRP Strike Price

The price at which shares will be allotted under Contact’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(DRP) for the 2024 interim dividend is NZ$ 8.0626. The shares will be issued on 18 March
2024.

The price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP rules, as the volume weighted
average sale price for a share calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the
NZX main board market on the five trading days commencing on 26 February 2024.
A copy of Contact’s Appendix ASX 3A.1 form, updated to include details of the foreign
exchange rate for Australian investors, is attached.
