Kiwi Property FY24 third quarter dividend
payment

Kiwi Property will pay a third quarter cash dividend of 1.425 cents per share. The dividend
will have imputation credits of 0.327 cents per share attached and a supplementary
dividend of 0.148 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.
The record date for the dividend is 15 March 2024, and the payment date is 22 March
2024. The dividend reinvestment plan will not operate for this dividend.
