ending 31 March 2024, will be paid to Unitholders today.

I’m pleased to advise investors that the third quarter distribution, for the period ended
31 December 2023, has now been paid. The distribution includes a cash component of
1.550 cents per unit, there are no imputation credits attached.
Special Meeting – Internalisation Proposal
Unitholders are also reminded of the upcoming Special Meeting on 26 March 2024.
Commencing at 10:00 am, the meeting will have a hybrid format. The venue for the
physical event is the Park Hyatt Hotel, 99 Halsey Street, Auckland 1010. The live
