Further to the announcement made by Ascension Capital Limited (“ACE”) on Monday,
11 December 2023, ACE is seeking shareholder approval to acquire several businesses to be
collectively branded “Being AI” (Being AI).
NZX Product Operations advises that subject to ACE shareholder approval of the acquisition on
28 March 2024, Ascension Capital Limited (“ACE”) will be changing its name to Being AI
Limited, and its ticker code to “BAI”, effective Tuesday, 2 April 2024 for NZX systems purposes.
The ISIN for ACE ordinary shares will remain unchanged.
