BUSINESS UPDATE

Bevilles Head Office Relocation
Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) advises that the Bevilles’ corporate head office and
distribution centre will be relocated from Melbourne to Brisbane. The relocation will allow Bevilles to
leverage MHJ’s existing distribution and support centre in Brisbane, delivering cost and operational
efficiencies particularly across supply chain, distribution, premises and technology. The relocation is
expected to be completed in July 2024.
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Daniel Bracken, said:
“The Bevilles relocation is not only a reflection of our strong focus on managing operational costs in the
current retail environment, but an excellent opportunity to leverage the Group’s existing infrastructure,
systems and expertise to drive Beville’s operational performance and customer experience.”

Litigation Update
The Company refers to its announcement dated 1 February 2024 in relation to the New South Wales
Supreme Court judgement in Gispac Pty Ltd v Michael Hill Jeweller (Australia) Pty Ltd. The judgement
related to a dispute between the parties in relation to the supply of packaging in the years 2014 to 2018.
After consideration of the orders and reasons for the decision, the Company advises that it has lodged a
Notice of Appeal in relation to the judgement.
