MY FOOD BAG GROUP LIMITED – APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
My Food Bag Group Limited (NZX: MFB) is delighted to announce the appointment of Louise
Newsome to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), commencing 3 April 2024.
Louise is currently My Food Bag’s interim CFO having joined the business in August 2023. She is a
senior finance professional, with previous experience in the CFO role within the travel insurance and
property industries.
Mark Winter, My Food Bag CEO, commented "We are delighted to appoint Louise into the
permanent Chief Financial Officer role. She is an experienced finance leader and since stepping into
the interim CFO role has provided strong leadership to the finance team and wider business. Louise’s
expertise will further strengthen the business as it focuses on growing active customers and help
Aotearoa New Zealand eat and live well."
