EROAD appoints Chief Technology Officer

Auckland, 10 April 2024: Transport and telematics technology services company EROAD Limited
(NZX/ASX: ERD) (EROAD) has today announced the appointment of Duanne O’Brien as its new
Chief Technology Officer, effective 18 June 2024.

Speaking about the appointment, EROAD Co-CEO Mark Heine says, “We are delighted to
appoint Duanne into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role. Duanne is a highly experienced
CTO accustomed to working with successful New Zealand technology businesses who’ve
expanded globally. His track record of enhancing world-class technology platforms to support a
diverse and growing customer base aligns very well with EROAD’s strategic growth ambitions.

Duanne is excited to be joining the EROAD team and says, “I’m very attracted to working with

Duanne has previously held senior technology roles with a series of leading New Zealand tech or
SaaS businesses, most recently as the CTO for corporate travel technology business Serko
(NZX/ASX: SKO), and prior to that the likes of Plexure (NZX:PX1) and Loyalty New Zealand.

EROAD also advises that, following the appointment on 28 March 2024 of Cameron Kinloch to
the Board of Directors, the Board has determined that Ms Kinloch will be an independent non-
executive director.
