Nikko
Asset
Management
New

Limited
(which
is ultimately
100o/o owned
by SMTH)
and
Yarra Capital
Management
(which was
ultimately
20olo owned
by SMTH
up until
30 September
2022).
SMTH's
shareholding
in
Yarra Capital
was diluted
to below
the threshold
for requiring
aggregation
of shares
(2oo/o)
on
30 September
2022 as a
result of a
management
incentive scheme.
Accordingly,

disaggregating
Yara
Capital's
ownership
