Annual meeting date and closing date for
director nominations


The 2024 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held on Thursday, 27 June
2024. Further details will be provided with the notice of annual meeting.
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for Kiwi Property shareholders to
nominate a person to be considered at the meeting for election as a director of Kiwi
Property is Thursday, 2 May 2024.
Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and be received by Kiwi
Property on or before Thursday, 2 May 2024 at the following e-mail address:
