Interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2024
On 18 April 2024, the Company announced that the directors had declared the second interim
dividend of 6.10p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2024. For the majority
of shareholders holding shares on the London Stock Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 31
May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2024 (the record date). The shares will be
quoted ex-dividend on 25 April 2024.
For shareholders with their shares held on the New Zealand branch register, the ex-dividend date
will be 24 April 2024 to accommodate the public holiday on 25 April 2024.
