EBOS announces appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

EBOS Group Limited (“EBOS”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Gray to the role of
Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with effect from 30 September 2024.

Mr Gray is currently Deputy CFO at Endeavour Group, which includes the Dan Murphy’s, BWS and
ALH Hotel businesses and is Australia’s largest retailer and hospitality group. Mr Gray joined
Endeavour Group in 2018 just prior to the demerger from Woolworths and is responsible for the
Group finance teams.

Prior to Endeavour he held senior roles at Toll Group, Mondelēz International and Coles and
throughout his career has accumulated a wealth of consumer, retail and supply chain experience
across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Asia. Mr Gray will be based at EBOS’ Melbourne office.

experience in large scale retail and FMCG businesses. His time at Endeavour, with its complex
portfolio of businesses, has him well placed for EBOS’ diverse range of healthcare and animal care
businesses. I am very pleased to have him join the EBOS team”.

In announcing Mr Gray’s appointment, EBOS also announces that its current CFO, Leonard Hansen,
will move from the CFO role and continue with EBOS in the capacity of Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

facilitating a smooth transition for Alistair and, in his new role as CRO, EBOS will have the benefit of
capitalising on Leonard’s wealth of experience in overseeing the company’s critical risk management
efforts, including risk identification and mitigation”, John Cullity said.

Leonard Hansen will continue in the role of EBOS CFO until Mr Gray’s commencement in September.
