Seeka Extends Closing Date of Grower Loyalty Share Scheme
Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] announces the Closing Date under its 2024 Grower Loyalty Share Scheme
Offer is extended to 5:00pm Friday 17 May 2024.
If you are an Eligible Grower that has received an Offer from Seeka and you would like to participate
in the Scheme, you must deliver your Participation Form (either online at
www.seekashareoffer.com, mail, hand delivery or email) in accordance with the instructions set out
in the Participation Form so that it is received by Seeka’s Registrar, Link Market Services, before
5:00pm Friday 17 May 2024.
Valid and binding Participation Forms received by Seeka’s Registrar before 5:00pm Friday 17 May
2024 will be accepted.
The updated key dates in respect of the 2024 Grower Loyalty Share Scheme Offer are set out below:
