Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s 27th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a hybrid
meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows:

1. Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel was re-elected as a director of the company.

2. The Board of Directors was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuring year.

Resolution 1: That Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel be re-elected as a director of the company
.

For: 107,612,246 (99.91%)

Against: 92,710 (0.09%)
Abstain: 14,984


Resolution 2:
That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.

For: 107,618,496 (99.93%)

Against: 72,865 (0.07%)
Abstain: 28,579
