Infratil Infrastructure Bond Firm Offer Closes

Infratil Limited today announced that following the successful bookbuild process for its Firm Offer
of 7½ year unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate infrastructure bonds maturing on 17 December
2031 (New Bonds) it has allocated $175,000,000 of New Bonds (including $100,000,000 of
oversubscriptions). The Firm Offer has now closed.
The Issue Margin for the New Bonds has been set at 2.40% per annum. The Interest Rate will be
announced later today via NZX together with release of an updated Terms Sheet.
