NEW TALISMAN SIGNS HEADS OF AGREEMENT WITH TERRA FIRMA MINING
FOR TALISMAN ORE PROCESSING

New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd(ntl) is pleased to announce that the Company has today signed a
Heads of Agreement with Terra Firma Mining Limited (TFM) for TFM to process Talisman ore
and provide leasehold premises suitable for this purpose.
The Heads of Agreement will be formalised by contract when the following conditions have been
successfully met.
• NTL has conducted a successful Capital Raise
• NTL has purchased a suitable processing plant
• The processing site land is ready for plant installation.
• A long term Access Arrangement has been granted by DoC to the Talisman mine.
NTL is pleased to extend our strategic relationship with TFM, who are the current Talisman Mine
operator and also an NTL Shareholder. TFM’s experience and reputation is excellent, and this
approach provides the most efficient and cost-effective way forward for NTL to secure
processing facilities for Talisman.
This agreement delivers an important milestone in the realisation of NTL’s Strategic Plan to bring
the Talisman mine into production. A reliable processing route for Talisman ore has been a long-
standing issue for the Company. TFM’s close involvement with Talisman from vein extraction
through to the production of a refinable concentrate provides the most reliable and efficient
processing option for NTL.
With the finalisation of this HOA, and clarity on the site to be used for processing, NTL can now
move forward to purchase a suitable processing plant from the options previously identified.
