Tāmaki, Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday, 28 August 2024 commencing at 2.00pm (NZST).
In respect of its 2024 ASM, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the closing
date for director nominations is 1 July 2024.
