Radius Care Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that its Annual
Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 6 August 2024 at
Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, Okahu Bay, Auckland. Further details will be
advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of Radius Care opens on Monday
17 June 2024 and closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person
nominated. A brief CV of the nominee should be included.
