Message:
Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited (“KFL”) on Friday, 14 June 2024, NZX
Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Kingfish Limited warrants
(“KFLWH”) is Friday, 26 July 2024.

Any KFLWH warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 26 July 2024 will lapse and all rights
in regard to them will expire.
The final day of trading in KFLWH will be Wednesday, 24 July 2024 prior to the warrants being
halted and suspended at close of business.

KFLWH will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 26 July
2024.
