NEWS RELEASE

AMENDMENTS TO BOND TRUST DEEDS

17 June 2024

Mercury NZ Limited will amend the following supplemental trust deeds in relation to its capital bonds:
> the supplemental trust deed dated 12 June 2019 in relation to the capital bonds with the NZX ticker code
MCY020; and
> the supplemental trust deed dated 2 May 2022 in relation to the capital bonds with the NZX ticker code
MCY050.
The amendments will allow a notice of redemption of the relevant capital bonds to be made via NZX with no less
than nine business days’ notice.
