New registered office and headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand
BAI advises the change of its registered office and Auckland headquarters to Level 4, 33-45
Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622, with effect from 19 June 2024.
Aligned with our progress to date, this new location will serve as the global base for our operations.
Being AI is also excited to announce the expansion of its global footprint with the opening of new
offices in Sydney (AU), and Phoenix (USA).
These physical locations are fuelled by Being talent location, recent acquisitions and partnerships, as
well as the growing demand for AI technology across various time zones.

Expansion into Sydney, Australia following Tymestack acquisition
Following our investment into Tymestack.AI Pty Limited, Being AI Group is opening an office at 81-
83 Campbell Street, Surrey Hills, Sydney.
This expansion underscores our commitment to launching Tymestack's forecasting technologies and
enhancing our service offerings in Australia.

Adding Phoenix, Arizona USA to our network
Following on from our partnership with IntraEdge USA, and as the home city of Being’s Erin Zink and
Independent Board Director Joe Jensen, we are delighted to add a Phoenix office to the Being office
network. Phoenix’s tech job growth in recent years has made it a top 10 US tech hub, positioning us
well for client and talent acquisition.

The opening of this Phoenix office coincides with the recent incorporation our new wholly owned US
incorporated subsidiary company at Suite 300, 11201 North Tatum Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona
85028.
