Redemption Notice for Westpac Capital Notes 6

Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) notifies holders of Westpac Capital Notes 6
(WCN 6) that on 31 July 2024 all WCN 6 on issue will be redeemed by Westpac in
accordance with the terms of WCN 6 (as amended) (the Terms).
WCN 6 holders will be paid $100 for each WCN 6 held on 31 July 2024, in accordance
with the instructions for Distributions on the WCN 6 register.
A final Distribution for the period from 19 June 2024 to 31 July 2024 (inclusive), will be
paid on 31 July 2024 to all registered holders of WCN 6 as at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 23
July 2024. Distributions are subject to the satisfaction of the distribution payment
conditions in the Terms.
The last day of trading in WCN 6 on the ASX is expected to be 19 July 2024 and off-
market transfers of WCN 6 will not be accepted after 23 July 2024.
The redemption of WCN 6 does not imply or indicate that Westpac will in the future
exercise any right it may have to redeem any other outstanding regulatory capital
instruments issued by Westpac. Any such future redemption would also be subject to
APRA’s prior written approval (which may or may not be given).
