GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
I’m pleased to advise Unitholders that the fourth quarter distribution, for the period
ended 31 March 2024, has now been paid. The distribution includes a cash
component of 1.550 cents per unit, there are no imputation credits attached.
This is the final quarterly payment relating to FY24 and results in an annual cash
distribution of 6.20 cents per unit. Our guidance for FY25 is for a 4.8% increase in
cash distributions to around 6.5 cents per unit.
