Turners Automotive Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRA) advise that 130,000 new ordinary shares have been
issued following the exercise of 130,000 share options under the Turners Automotive Group Limited
Option Plan. Following the exercise of the options the number of unlisted share options in the company
has reduced by 130,000 unlisted share options to 620,000 unlisted share options.
