Dividend Reinvestment Plan strike price
The Strike Price used to calculate entitlements under the Infratil Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(“DRP”) in respect of the FY2024 final dividend has been set at NZ$10.15 per share.
Due to the exceptional or unusual circumstances arising from the announcement of the Equity
Raising and the associated trading halt, the Strike Price has been calculated as the lower of:
• NZ$10.7627 which is the volume weighted average sale price for ordinary shares in
Infratil ("Shares") based on all trades of Shares on the NZX Main Board over a period
of ten trading days commencing on and including the first trading day after the Election
Date (being 10 June 2024), with a 2% discount applied; and
• NZ$10.15 which is the Placement Issue Price of the Equity Raising.
Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will receive Shares instead of cash
in respect of the FY2024 final dividend payable on 25 June 2024.
