EROAD 2024 Annual Shareholder’s Meeting Results
AUCKLAND, 26 June 2024: At EROAD’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting held in Auckland and online
today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
The resolution(s) passed by shareholders were:
1. To elect David Green as a Director of EROAD Limited
2. To elect Cameron Kinloch as a Director of EROAD Limited
3. To authorise the Directors to fix the fees and expenses of EROAD’s auditor
